We’ll start with a 15-minute warm-up class and dance the rest of the night.

If you've covered foundations and level 1 of Salsa, for a total of 5 months or more this class is great for you.

If you want to add more movement to your dance moves, this is your class! Connect your movement to the music and bring your confidence to the dance floor with style! It's time to enhance your dance level with Maria and Nancy. Great for all genders!

Join Luis for a dive into Bachata Sensual. This hour workshop will focus on building awareness of your body movement in conjunction with contemporary bachata music. It's another approach how to convey the music through body movement and building a really precise technique for leads and follows.
